Kevin is a businessman and leader who has traveled to 22 countries on 5 continents. As a business and community leader, Kevin has observed and applied leadership principles across uniquely different cultures and demographics while engaging with business, government, religious and student organizations throughout the world.
Kevin is the CEO of Bedrock Assets, which is a leadership training and executive coaching business. Bedrock Assets focuses on developing the leadership capability of business owners, executive leadership teams and students who can go forth and change the world. Kevin leverages biblical principles and his vast leadership experience to conduct keynote speeches, training workshops and individual coaching sessions to build the critical leadership skills and behaviors leaders need to achieve maximum success. Kevin is also the senior director of facilities management for Northwestern University. His accountabilities at Northwestern include over 200 buildings across 16 million sq ft of space and over 500 employees and contractors.
Kevin has domestic and international business leadership and operations experience in the U.S., Japan, China, Africa, S. America and various parts of Europe. His previous leadership experience includes leading a facilities management portfolio that encompassed over 40% of the BP's North American offices and research labs. He also served as vice president of strategy, planning and performance for a $15 billion fuels business and led a global team as the general manager for a $100 million international chemical business in addition to other sales, engineering and operational leadership roles.
Kevin volunteers as a leader for the Boy Scouts of America and serves as a director on the boards for 360 Youth Services and Intercultural Montessori School.
With respect to education, Kevin earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He also earned both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in mechanical engineering from Howard University in Washington, D.C. and Georgia Tech in Atlanta, GA, respectively.
Kevin loves laughing with family and friends. He enjoys reading, golfing and traveling to experience different cultures. Kevin has been married for over 20 years and he and his wife have four children.
