Kevin earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Prior to his MBA, Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Howard University in Washington, DC, and a Master of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Georgia Tech in Atlanta, GA.
Kevin owns Bedrock Assets, a management consulting firm focused on advising organizations and individuals to reach their peak performance. Bedrock Assets partners with boards, business owners, CEOs, and C-Suite executives to define and answer their most strategic business questions.
In addition, Kevin currently leads over 500 employees and contractors as the Senior Director of Facilities Management for Northwestern University. His accountability includes over 200 buildings across 15 million square feet of space.
Prior to Northwestern, Kevin led an integrated facilities management portfolio that encompassed over 40% of BP’s commercial offices and research labs in North America. While at BP, Kevin also provided leadership as the vice president of strategy, planning, and performance for a $15 billion fuels business, and he previously led a global team as the general manager for a $100 million international chemical business in addition to other business and functional leadership roles.
Through all of the above experiences, Kevin traveled to over 20 countries on 5 different continents where he has observed and applied leadership principles across uniquely different cultures and business environments.
Kevin loves laughing with family and friends. He also enjoys reading, golfing, teaching, and traveling to expand his thinking.
As an accomplished executive, Kevin is a leader who develops business strategies, increases cash flow, and improves under-performing businesses. He has expertise in international business, strategic planning, profit & loss delivery, developing client relationships, assessing talent, and leading operations. He’s held executive leadership over sales, finance, operations, strategy, and project management.
